Trauma-Informed Yoga
An evidence-based practice that supports nervous system regulation through accessible postures. Swathy is a certified 300-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher who has taught classes in widely diverse settings including mental health facilities, de-addiction centers, and hospitality shelters for homeless communities.
Aromatherapy Journaling
In this class we will utilize essential oils to evoke emotion, memory, and experience. We will then allow ourselves to drift in our subconscious through meditation and journaling exercises that facilitate a deep connection with self.
Sound Healing
The sound healing experience will be a relaxing evening of tuning into our bodies and breath while allowing a sound bath to recalibrate our nervous systems. We will enjoy singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, solveggio frequencies, and more throughout the evening.
Expressive Arts + Narrative Rx
This workshop is based on the principles and practices of Narrative Medicine, an interdisciplinary field emerging from Columbia Medical School where medicine meets the arts. Here, the stories found in literature, poetry, andpainting become wellsprings of community connection, social justice, and self-discovery.
Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that assists us in opening up the body, expanding our window of tolerance, and clearing out stuck energy. Jaya has taught over 500 yoga classes, with a focus on breathwork and spinal alignment.
Enjoy moving energy through the body while listening to meditative sound-scapes.
Virtual Integration Circle
The ShaMynds Virtual Integration Circle is an opportunity to gather with community who are all seeking healing with psychedelic medicines. The space will be held by an experienced ShaMynds Guide. This group is open to everyone!
Restorative Yoga
This class is an opportunity to find adeep state of relaxation. Restorative yoga used props, blankets, and cushions to support the body while you find a sense of stillness and inner-peace. The practice emphasizes gentle opening, surrender, and nervous system regulation.
Plant Medicine + Herbalism
Plants are a powerful tool to support the bodies innate life-force. Learn How to implement plant medicines into your healing journey to aid in sleep, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, sex drive and more.
Nutraceuticals
The philosophy behind nutraceuticals is to focus on prevention, according to the saying by a Greek physician Hippocrates (known as the father of medicine) who said “let food be your medicine”. Nutraceuticals are therapeutic, bio-available, doses of vitamins and minerals. We offer a wide array of Nutraceutical IV’s and Oral Supplements that will boost your physical vital-life-force and your energetic body.
